Ten years ago, a powerful vision took root in Los Angeles. What began as a mission to increase breastfeeding support among Black women within the PHFE WIC program has blossomed into a transformative movement that has touched countless lives across our community.

On June 18, we hosted 120 guests to celebrate this wonderful occasion! The event focused on the overall programming of our space for families to "Rest, Nest, and Connect" while receiving essential WIC and perinatal health services.

The amazing Ronie, a dedicated IBCLC from PHFE-WIC, took center stage to lead the discussion on breastfeeding and the challenges many moms face and continued the conversation by asking why CinnaMoms breastfeed.

Biting, growth spurts, and frothy stools, these were but a few of the topics that were presented to the CinnaMoms village of support that gathered– virtually on May 16, 2024.
