About the event
CinnaMoms Crenshaw & Children's Institute invites you to our Mommy Shower — a special wellness event created specifically for postpartum moms.
Unlike a traditional baby shower focused on pregnancy and preparing for baby, a Mommy Shower focuses on the health and well-being of mom after birth. This event is designed to support moms in their postpartum journey and encourage healthy habits for both themselves and their families.
This year's Mommy Shower will also serve as a Graduation Celebration, recognizing moms who have participated in CinnaMoms events and support groups throughout the year and celebrating their commitment to their health, well-being, and parenting journey.

This event is for postpartum moms only with babies under the age of 1 year and is not intended for currently pregnant participants.
