Happy Pride Month from CinnaMoms!
We had an exciting support circle in the month of May discussing self-care tips/ breast care tips! Our lovely ladies, Ronietra S. and Kyla H. provided wonderful advice and affirmations for our CinnaMoms in their respective breakout rooms!
We also had our first in-person outreach event on the 21st of May at the Long Beach Convention Center. CinnaMoms represented WIC with a booth at the KJLH Women’s Health Expo. The CinnaTeam had a blast providing the moms with healthy snacks, gifts, and information about both CinnaMoms and WIC services!
We even received a special shout-out on the radio! What a great feeling to be back in person providing Outreach for our families!
